Along with the delicious pleasure they offer, seafood provides the human body with rich nutrients making it the number one choice for a healthy eating weekly plan.
They are rich in vitamins and minerals without having many calories. Their vitamins content varies depending on the type of seafood. For example, oysters are rich in vitamin A necessary for tissue growth, red blood cell synthesis, strengthening the immune system, and vitamin D which helps our body absorb calcium by helping our teeth and bones.
